"Through the UMEM program, I've gained valuable hands-on experience and have been presented with many networking opportunities that have helped me grow both personally and professionally. My favorite memory so far has been traveling to Nashville to attend IEBA in 2023. That trip solidified my passion for the entertainment world and confirmed that working in the music industry is what I want to do with my life.
I'm currently working as the Marketing Assistant for Logjam Presents, and after I graduate college, I hope to move into a full-time role on their marketing team."

"The UMEM program has been one of the most impactful parts of my college experience. It's helped me grow both professionally and personally through hands-on opportunities in the entertainment industry. I've worked behind the scenes at the Adams Center, and I currently serve as the Staffing Director for the Zootown Festival, where I help manage a large team and coordinate logistics for one of Montana's biggest music events. Through UMEM, I've also built strong relationships with peers, faculty, and professionals in the industry. Those connections have opened doors I never expected and have played a big role in shaping where I'm headed next.
While my startup, StarSync Studio, came out of the College of Business, the knowledge and experiences I've gained from UMEM have absolutely strengthened my path. StarSync is focused on building a real-time collaborative music platform for producers, engineers, and creatives. It's been incredible to grow it alongside my academic journey, and having support across both programs has made a huge difference."
